Our lead times are generally from 1-4 weeks depending on the product and can be found on each specific page.

FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

We provide free UK shipping to mainland UK. Unfortunately,
offshore and Highlands incur additional costs. Please contact us for further
information.

COLLECTION

Collection is also available from our workshop in
Derbyshire – this typically reduces lead times by 1 week.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Our furniture is often large and heavy. Delivery is sometimes a 1 man ground to ground service so assistance may be required on arrival. If this isn't possible, please let us know so alternative arrangements can be made.

ACCESS

Please check that access to the property is suitable for the size of your item. Please let us know if there are any steps or lifts. If you have any additional specific requirements, please let us know before placing your order.

COURIERS

We never just dispatch an item and will always contact you ahead. We generally deliver large items in house but during busy periods use a trusted courier as per below.

SMALLER ITEMS

For small items such as console tables, lamps, etc we use Parcelforce. Once your product is dispatched your confirmation will contain the tracking information. You'll also receive text/email notifications directly.

LARGE ITEMS

Generally, we try to deliver the majority of our large items ourselves. This is a 1 man delivery service so assistance will be required. If this isn't possible please contact us within 2 days of placing your order so we can make alternative arrangements. Our Timber Foundry courier will provide you with a specific day, a 3-hour time slot, and 30-minute text before arrival.

TRUSTED 2 MAN COURIER SERVICE PROOVIA

For items shipped with our trusted third-party courier, once the delivery date is agreed you will receive a text/email 24 hours prior asking you to accept the timeslot the following day. Please ensure this is accepted as failure to do so will delay delivery. On the day you will receive a 3 hour window and link to live tracking details. If circumstances have changed and you are no longer available for the agreed day or time you may decline the slot 24 hours prior. The courier will then hold the product until they have a vehicle in your area (generally around 3-5 working days). If you have a 'safe place' for goods you can leave a note on the confirmation for the driver.

If delivery needs to be rearranged, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Anything after may incur a re-delivery charge.
